This is a simple blog to keep track of my Pedometer readings for each day. All these readings are in "steps." My target is 10,000 steps per day. (I even hit the target some days! Imagine that!)

Hi Eric. Thank you for the comment. I just have a question,how the heck do you post pictures????I downloaded HELLO but I cannot figure out how to do it?PS. are the steps a walking program and about how far is that for you?
Guess if I had looked at the whole page... duh!!!!
