This is a simple blog to keep track of my Pedometer readings for each day. All these readings are in "steps." My target is 10,000 steps per day. (I even hit the target some days! Imagine that!)
regular physical activity, like walking, substantially reduces the risk of dying of coronary heart disease, the nation's leading cause of death, and decreases the risk for colon cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure. It also helps to control weight; contributes to healthy bones, muscles, and joints; reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression; and is associated with fewer hospitalizations, physician visits, and medications,...way to go Eric!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, you should have walked 12 steps around your bed to reach that 12,000 step plateau. Good job, though. You're a great walker.
