Eric's Pedometer Readings

This is a simple blog to keep track of my Pedometer readings for each day. All these readings are in "steps." My target is 10,000 steps per day. (I even hit the target some days! Imagine that!)

Sunday January 9th, 2005 - 7,837 steps
Saturday January 8th, 2005 - 7,143 steps
Friday January 7th, 2005 - 7,481 steps
Thursday January 6th, 2005 - 9,121 steps

You only took 7,481 steps on Friday? Dude, you're slacking.

I know :( It's winter and it's friggin' cold!!! So, my walking is suffering. The good news is that I seem to be going to the gym more, so hopefully that will compesate slightly ;)
