Eric's Pedometer Readings

This is a simple blog to keep track of my Pedometer readings for each day. All these readings are in "steps." My target is 10,000 steps per day. (I even hit the target some days! Imagine that!)

Monday 31 January, 2005 - 6,548 steps
Sunday 30 January, 2005 - 11,947 steps
Saturday 29 January, 2005 - 5,827 steps

Some days I forget to wear the pedometer... other days I just write it on a peice of paper and post a blog posting that covers several days ;-)
